The main force behind Day One Fat Loss is a deep desire to help individuals achieve their long-term fat loss goals.

In our online 6 week program we focus on macronutrients, and delicious nutrient dense foods, and a simple sustainable whole foods lifestyle.

Whether seeking help with fat loss or changes to body composition, each client is individually evaluated and provided with a well-researched and comprehensive plan utilizing cutting edge techniques and complete nutrition.

For many of you, it will truly become your first time learning about good nutrition and how to properly fuel your body! Some notice other things after eating this way for a while, like eyebrows growing back in, hair growth, sleeping soundly, more energy, less desire for sweets and feeling in control. 

I am in the mind body field, with 9 years of experience working as a private pilates instructor and group yoga teacher. I am as active in the studio as out of it, yet found that my nutrition was completely out of line as a role model in the health and fitness field. Specifically, I had a true addiction to sugary sweets and would turn to them during times of stress and also reward. Through Day One Fat Loss and my coach Jan’s informed and dedicated approach, I learned that whole foods could be equally satisfying, truly curbing my addiction. Through mindful eating and implementing the day one lifestyle and techniques, my muscle definition is finally visible! Now, when I have an indulgence, it is deliberate and even more satisfying than ever before!

DAY ONE Fat Loss helps you stimulate your body to release fat and lose inches. When conditions are improved with proper macronutrients the metabolism gets moving.

Fat Loss programs can often be dull, old and unsustainable ( if you’ve tried most of them like most everyone else) so we wanted to challenge that perception! We wanted the most up to date science behind us so we formulated a new fat loss experience that is fresh and unexpected.

Together, we set goals, talk about achievements, and offer support. Whatever you need, DAY ONE groups bring it! Our accountability groups are beyond welcoming, they’ve even been compared to a concierge service (wow genius).With all the great tips, recipes and guidance, we have to agree.

DAY ONE Fat Loss is a whole foods based program. We suggest eating as much Organic whole foods as possible.

During the 6 week Program you will receive suggestions for recipes and tips for food shopping, as well as guidance on  what to eat to make you successful and satisfied. 

Eat your macronutrients! Macros?  DAY ONE Fat Loss will teach you how to eat the right amount of macronutrients from food to have sustained energy throughout your day .

SWEAT IT OUT, but don't be a classic.

Don’t be a classic over exerciser, under eater! It’s been tried and it doesn’t work. There is an easier way! Eating more macronutrients and whole foods to fuel your body properly  instead of restricting calories, works with your body, not against it. Coupled with targeted  short effective workouts Day One Fat Loss has the combination to help burn fat.

Day One Fat Loss exercise is flexible! We have options for everyone no matter where you need to start. If you are more interested in nutrition and building energy do that!

Our program is feasible and doable for all levels of fitness and is about 80% nutrition based. Our goal is to become fat burners!

Exercise is one added part of our program; when you’re ready to increase your muscle strength our workouts are effective. As we begin to move up in our fitness level we begin to recapture muscle. And muscles? Well, they burn a lot of fat!

Day One Fat Loss provides a personal exercise portal with easily modified home based workouts

Our goal is for you to become stronger, leaner, and happier! Our muscles become top performers in burning up fat, keeping us conditioned so we continue to live well.

We’re dedicated to helping you and suggest you come as you are. We have options and a variety of moves, no, not more long cardio! We mix things up with HIIT, Sprints, walking, light and heavy lifting. Our workouts are effective and will enhance your nutritional lifestyle!
